Definitions
- "Custom Search Engine" means a version of the Google search engine that has been customized by human editorial input, as part of the Google Coop Program.
- "CSE" is an abbreviation for Custom Search Engine
- "Owner" means the person or entity that created the CSE.
Terms of Agreement
The Custom Search Engines (CSEs) you find on our site have been derived by modifying the Google Search Engine results. All of these CSEs were created by Google, in response to CSE owners' editorial inputs. The Javascript that powers these CSEs, and the search results output by these CSEs are Google's alone. Some of the CSE's herein have been developed by third parties (Third Party CSEs). You agree to hold the publisher of this site, Moving Traffic Inc. (MT), harmless from any of the consequences of your use of these search engines. You recognize that MT has had no involvement in the development of Third Party CSEs, and that access to these search engines is provided to you on this site as a service. In the event that you find any problems with Third Party CSEs, including offensive or illegal content, or inaccurate information of any kind, your sole recourse is to report those problems to the company that developed the CSE.
With regard to CSEs developed by MT, by using them, you agree to the following terms:
- You hold MT harmless form any and all consequences of your use of these search engines.
- You recognize that MT does not screen search engine results, and that some of these results may potentially include sites that are offensive, illegal, or inaccurate.
- You will not use any search engine on our site by an automated means.
- You will report any intellectual property rights problems on the sites you see to Google, and not MT, as MT is powerless to address any of these issues.
- All services provided on this site are provided on an "as is" basis. MT expressly disclaims and warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory in nature.
- Under no circumstances will MT be liable for any consequence of a user's use of the MT developed CSEs.
Some of the Custom Search Engines on this site permit are available for you to incorporate into your web site or blog. This involves a relatively simple process of copying the HTML provided into your web pages. You are only permitted to use these CSEs if you agree to the following terms:
- You hold MT harmless form any and all consequences of your use of these search engines.
- You recognize that MT does not screen search engine results, and that some of these results may potentially include sites that are offensive, illegal, or inaccurate.
- You will not use any CSE you place on your site by an automated means.
- You will report any intellectual property rights problems on the sites you see to Google, and not MT, as MT is powerless to address any of these issues.
- All CSEs which you copy to your site provided on an "as is" basis. MT expressly disclaims and warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory in nature.
- Under no circumstances will MT be liable for any consequence of a user's use of the MT developed CSEs, whether or not such use occurs on our site, your site, or any other site.
- You recognize that MT may earn revenue in the event that a user uses an MT CSE on your site, and clicks on an ad in the search results. You agree that you will receive no compensation of any type, including, but not limited to, a revenue share of any money earned by MT through the placement of the MT CSE on your site.
These terms will be governed by the state of Massachusetts, and any legal action related to the terms will be undertaken within the courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts.
